Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Celestine ("the App"), operated by AIVANA PTE. LTD., you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use the App. Paid master services and LIVE sessions are intended for users aged 18 or older, or minors with verifiable parental consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions, ratings, or coins.

4. The Service

Celestine provides divination tools (including Tarot, I Ching, Numerology, BaZi, Astrology, and horoscopes), AI-generated interpretations, a marketplace for independent human masters, LIVE sessions, community features, and a coin wallet.

All content and services are provided for entertainment and personal insight only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such. AI output and human readings may be inaccurate, incomplete, or subjective, and outcomes are never guaranteed.

5. Marketplace and Masters

Masters are independent providers, not employees or agents of Celestine. We facilitate discovery, booking, payment, and communication, but we do not provide the readings ourselves and do not guarantee any master's availability, quality, or outcome.

• Master profiles, photos, galleries, specialties, and prices are provided by the master and may change.
• Ratings and reviews reflect user opinions and are not endorsements by Celestine.
• You must not pay a master outside the App or arrange off-platform transactions to avoid fees.
• Masters must keep your information confidential and may use it only to fulfil your order.
• We may suspend or remove a master or listing for violations, misconduct, or safety concerns.

Disputes about a reading should first be raised through in-app support so we can review the order record.

6. Orders, Delivery, and Auto-Confirmation

Orders are placed with coins and become active once a master accepts. The master delivers the reading through the App. You may ask follow-up questions in the order chat, confirm delivery, or raise an issue with support.

If you do not confirm or dispute a delivered order, it will be automatically confirmed 3 days after delivery. Confirmed orders may be rated and are final for payout purposes, subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

If a master declines your order, or it times out before acceptance, your coins are automatically refunded. After a master accepts, the order is binding; if something goes wrong, contact support so we can review the order record.

7. LIVE Sessions

LIVE sessions are scheduled for a fixed duration shown at booking. You are responsible for joining on time with a compatible device and connection. Sessions may be audio or video and are not recorded by Celestine; recording or broadcasting a session without the other participant's consent is prohibited.

If a master fails to attend, you may be eligible for a refund or rebooking under the in-app policy. If you fail to attend, the session may be forfeited. Abusive, harassing, or illegal conduct may result in immediate termination.

8. Coins, Subscriptions, and Payments

Coins are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are used to pay for master readings and LIVE sessions. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable store's policy. Prices are shown before purchase; masters set their own coin prices.

Premium subscriptions are billed through the app store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the applicable store.

We may change features or pricing prospectively. We do not store full card details. Chargebacks or fraudulent purchases may result in coin removal or account suspension.

9. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for content you submit, including posts, comments, messages, photos, and order details. You grant Celestine a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content to operate the App.

You agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Post hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or exploitative content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or credentials.
• Harass masters or other users, or record them without consent.
• Promote self-harm, provide medical or crisis advice, or present readings as professional treatment.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means; interfere with security; or attempt to access others' data.
• Manipulate ratings, coins, referrals, or promotions.

10. Master Content and Conduct

Masters must provide accurate profile information, deliver services they are qualified to offer, treat users with respect, keep information confidential, and comply with applicable laws. Masters must not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication, guarantee specific outcomes, or solicit off-platform payments.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, text, and algorithms, is owned by Celestine or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. User-generated content remains yours, subject to the licence above.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any reading will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on content or services in the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Celestine harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, safety risks, or other lawful reasons. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account or by contacting support. Upon termination, access ceases and data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Unused coins may be forfeited where permitted by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Singapore.
