Communication Data: If you contact us via email, we retain your message and contact information to respond to your inquiry.

  • To provide and maintain the App's functionality, including astrological readings, chart calculations, and community features.

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. Your birth data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and is never shared with other users without your explicit consent.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase (Google Cloud infrastructure, Singapore region). We implement the following security measures:

  • Encryption at rest: Birth date, birth time, and birth location are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
  • Encryption in transit: All API communications use TLS/SSL.
  • Access control: Only authenticated users can access their own data. Our team members have restricted, audited access.
  • Password hashing: Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We may share your information with:

  • Supabase — PostgreSQL database and authentication provider, for user management and data storage.
  • Aliyun SMTP — for sending verification and password reset emails.
  • Google Cloud — for underlying cloud infrastructure.

We require all third parties to respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws. We may disclose your information if required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this in-app via Profile → Delete Account.
